Requirements for STN Participation
1. Independent Package Production: Demonstrate your ability to complete a news package on your own. At least one before Aug 14th
2. Advertising Revenue: Submit $700 from ads by July 1.
3. Packages: If you are a current CCNN Member you must take ownership of one package a month from April to August. 
4. Summer Practices: Attend at least three summer practices.
5. Fundraising: Raise a minimum of $1,200 through Snap Raise. If you fall short, you must cover the difference if selected for STN.
6. Grade Level and Courses: Must be in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade and enrolled in one of our journalism classes (J1, J2, or J3). Note: 9th graders cannot fulfill this requirement as no classes are offered to them.
7. Academic Standing: Maintain good academic standing.
8. STN Crazy 8 Practices: Commit to attending all STN Crazy 8 practices and open house
9. Individual STN Contest Practices: Commit to attending at least five practices for your individual STN contest.
10. Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude towards CCNN Live.
11. Travel: You must be able to travel without your parents to STN.  No parents are allowed to travel 
12. Exceptions: If you attend a summer journalism workshop (SMI, Montage). You not do have to do 3 of the monthly packages.
13. Must use Apps: you must use a calendar app and reminder app to keep your schedule
14. Cheqroom : must learn how to use the equipment room app.
